Refunds and Returns

I have just returned my order, so when can I receive my refund?

As soon as we received your returned goods here at Nicholls & Maher, we will refund your purchase price.

Can I make returns at nichollsmaher.co.nz?

Sure. If your purchase is faulty or you have simply changed your mind, please return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the goods, in original condition.
We will either refund or replace, whichever you prefer. Please note this refund and returns policy does not apply to in-store purchases.

Unfortunately, your return postage charge is not refundable, unless your purchase is faulty.
Please include a return address, a copy of the invoice and a short note on why your purchase has been returned.

Online Ordering Options

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It will take approximately 2-3 working days for items to arrive, providing we have it in stock. It may take a bit longer if you live in a rural area, as most Courier companies cannot make rural deliveries everyday.
You will be advised of any delay of your item.

Do you deliver orders Internationally?

Yes. Purchases made will be delivered to New Zealand, Australia and Pacific Island Countries Only.

Freight costs will be calculated manually and a follow up call will be made to confirm the final price being charged to your credit card.
